Our Mission & Vision
New Hope TV began its telecast in Bangalore on the 5th of April 2005, as a 24 Hour Christian Television Channel. It was the First Local Language Channel in this city of 7 million people, taking the Gospel to a potential of 3 million people round the clock. Persistence through trials and discouragements has brought fruit.
Now reaching the WORLD with the Uncompromised WORD of God :
Presently it is reaching into more than 1,500,000 homes in Karnataka through Television Cable Networks and 1000s around the World through its WebTV started in February 2012.
What We Believe
Statement of Faith
- The Bible is the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
- There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
- In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory.
- The baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it. In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is able to live a holy and victorious life.
- Being born again is the only means of being cleansed of sin, and receiving the free gift of eternal life is through repentance and faith in the precious shed blood of Jesus Christ and accepting Him as personal Savior and Lord.
